    You guys got some pieces at least to make the games watchable, tbh, which is much better than what it's been the last couple of seasons, IMO.

    It's all good, El. Weird that neither of our teams playing opening night. Most years since 1999 SPurs or Lakers were defending champs and even when not one of us (usualy us) was playing opening night. Should be a great season if we still arent very good. Last year was disgusting. Im hoping I can leave the "tank" at the base all year. she has been really busy the past two seasons ...

    I suspect the Spurs will come out of the gate a bit flat, tbh... might play great some games, but suck terribly on others... it's gonna take some time to assemble everything...

    That's a departure from previous seasons where we used to use the familiarity we had to start off with a great record. I think this season we're more like most teams that take a while to figure things out. We have an exciting roster though...

    I know the excitement is tied to LMA but as a somewhat neutral party I think Kiwi is the bigger and better story. he just won DPOTY and was ranked 7th by ESPN insiders even over Blake Griffin who was a top MVP candidate just a few seasons ago.
    IDK, I really like Kiwi but that is pretty big role as a top player on a le contender for him to mature in to and the 7th best player in the NBA. (he was just a high level starter when he won Finals MVP). I think so far he has met or exceeded expectations but now the pressure to be a possibly a #2 or #1 ... it will be interesting to see how he adjusts.

    Tyreke is out 6-8 weeks. Pondexter, Cole, and Asik are also out with injury.

    Damn. well Davis can begin his MVP campaign by hanging with the champs. I think Davis will put up video game numbers but you guys needs to get a top 4/5 seed in West for him to win it ...
