He looks like he's in phenomenal shape, tbh..looks lean and athletic/spry..pretty unexpected for a dude that had 1 food out the door(possibly)..

True. All we know is he was playing ball with the guys long before preseason, whereas last year with his recovery from injury he started preseason still not in peak condition and looked it early with those famous preseason games where he was terribly cold and turnover prone, and Alba Berlin.
I think this year, he was just in phenomenal shape and was ready already with his season conditioning up.
Longer offseason than usual too, so plenty of time to rest and get ready this year.
hopefully a bunch of PEDs tbh. Gonna need him this season.
And no, haven't heard much about his offseason regimen, but I did hear he's been working with the team on his body since early August, IIRC
He looked great outside of the stupid turnovers, not sure why he didn't finish the game over Parker tbh. He is still an above average defender in spurts tbh.

Manu looked incredible out there. I'm not going to lie, it'd be nice if Tony would spend an offseason taking care of his body.

Manu looks fit and sharp. My only concern with him is health, because he's an alpha dog compe or.
Major props to him. Took a paycut while also taking care of his body in preparation for a grueling NBA season. Meanwhile, our $45 million point guard prioritizes off-season basketball for France over the Spurs.
How often does the NBA do the randomized testing, tbh? Hopefully Manu doesn't get tested until the off-season..
