Honestly not worried about him. He'll be fine. They should instead focus on how to solve rebounding and defensive issues with Diaw West frontline
I see him in great position and missing bunnies or great looks. It will be a quick transition.
Just don't go at him when he is having a bad game, Pop.![]()

I see him hustling for those rebounds too. Like mad hustling. Rebounds wins championships.
i'm not worried. adding a really big piece to an offense that had basically been the same exact team for 2+ years is going to take time
Besides, his defense was solid. This year's gonna be good. First thing's first, we need to win our next 10 games. Such an easy schedule.
he really opens up the floor for kawhi tbh..Even though he was terrible today, it's undeniable how much space kawhi gets when he's on the floor.
Should be traded, we already a mentally weak team, no need for a diva player on top of that who is not hard nose and a clown closing out Ibaka for a rebound, trade him for somthing like Terrance Jones/Ariza and Beverley or somthing...
Lma sucks
looks like his D is going to be the lesser concern.. he was a solid deflecting force/presence with his long arms under the rim....he was great part of our second Q mini defensive stand..
I didn't think of this, but you're right. Kawhi seemed to have much more room to create than usual. Well, more than last year.
Not anything you're gonna solve tbh. It is what it is and should be reserved for favorable match ups.
Sorry for the double post, but I didn't get to see the entire game. How was his defense on switches? I heard he's underrated in that regard.
I'm keeping my eye on how Aldridge interacts with teammates...noticed he sits at the end of the bench and is kind of a "loner" right now. It's obvious he's just not comfortable yet with the entire process. But at the same time you can see that this will work. I'm not worried at all tbh
Yeah, I think his defense is better than I anticipated and will only improve unless he let's the offensive problems affect his effort. But I doubt it. And that o will come around. By December no team in the league will want to play us.
Last night against OKC LMA didn't have to defend many switches that I remember. Maybe 2 or 3 by accident but he defended well. Most of the switches (as teams have been doing since MIA exposed him big time in the 2013 Finals) were intentionally directed toward Tony.
It's crazy how many sports fans have no patience, whatsoever..I shouldn't be surprised, though..
you're so adorable, tbh..you want to trade a mentally weak player, but you want Terrence Jones, one of the biggest chokers and softest players in the NBA?(ask any Rockets fan)..
LMA is probably still a little too worried about stepping on Duncan's toes. He'll get over it.
From what i know young Terrance jones had big part in very injured rockets team getting to west finals, still with room to improve, he's not the immature kid from Kentucky noe, he's becoming a nice two way player with glimpses of a beast, I'll take him, best 3&D PG in the league and Ariza for LMA for sure...

WHile anything is an upgrade over Tony, Pat Bevs defense is extremely overrated.
