Parker didn't. LMA and West's HORRIBLE rebounding efforts did. Like I said, this was the toughest test for LMA probably this regular season and it came in the first game, playing at OKC, the Spurs biggest rivals right now. I can live with this lost as the Spurs still need to gel and they put a really strong effort against an OKC team wanting to prove themselves again.

It was exciting to see how much stronger Kl has become, without loosing his speed or finesse.

He looks phenomenal. Just watching his movements and body language vs KD, he had Kd sucking wind in the 2nd.

Anybody else get hype when he got an alley oop of an inbound. It looked like a tip in you do when playing 21 off a missed free throe, combine with a Taekwondo spinning hook kick, with how he gracefully rotated in the air.

His body control and relentlessness was shocking.

I only wonder if he maintain those energy levels.

Is bonner actually under contract? It's weird, he's been a ghost this off season. I'm assuming that if he retires they'll be an event or something, because he is a almost a franchise legend. But I guess if pop wants to keep him around then he stays.

Obviously he's under contract but I have no idea how much of it is guaranteed. It is weird how little he played in the preseason. But I guess he's a known quan y to Pop, yet conversely not important enough to use up practice or game time working with the top ten players. So, he sits on the shelf until needed or someone better comes available to bump him off the team. Though the second he's gone, it wouldn't surprise to see him return as an assistant.
