Our other bigs are just too short to grab any rebounds or defend the basket properly..
We can start off with Duncan and LMA starting tgt but after that they would have to alternate their resting and west and diaw to come in alternately..
When both of them sits, our defense under the basket is and even if the opponent misses they still get a free rebound..

Yeah already noticed it this game. Wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a regular thing as the season goes on.

They will be once we hit the playoffs. Fear not.

Duncan 33 and Aldridge 37 minutes would mean 26 minutes with either Diaw or West and 22 minutes with both Tim and Aldridge in.

The offense was much nicer to watch with Aldridge on the bench IMO.. Tim and LMA have a long ways to go.

Sample size is too short, 2 games... 1 was real close and the other a winning blowout so we are not doing so bad.

or you could just have a bench of Diaw/West/Boban as the frontcourt. I have no idea why people think Kyle Anderson should be Kawhis backup when Anderson is basically a poverty Boris Diaw.

Some kind of shift does look necessary. It is still early though.

Kyle is an SF but he's really not Kawhi's backup. Danny is.

The reality is that the bench overall plays a different brand of basketball. Kawhi only needs Green..Green is probably the only one that can replicate Kawhi's defensive presence and still offer perimeter gravity.

He only looks like back up because he gets sub in for kawhi, but the truth of the matter that the structure of the offense is turned 180 once there's at least two bench players in the court.....
