It's exacerbated by the worst coach in the NBA, too, that still plays him big minutes and puts him in situations where he's allowed to shoot as much as he wants..
All this proves is that Steve Francis or Allen Iverson or Anfernee Hardaway or Michael Redd or anyone else in the Kobe-tier could have 3-peated with Shaq and rode MVPau to 2 more.

Kobe is one of the greatest players ever but he is done as a go to scorer. Needs to take a roll coming off the bench on a contender next year laying 10-15 mpg and play off ball.
