This is a good thing. I have been advocating for Pep to be fired for a couple of years now. He's just not an NFL level OC. Grigson needs to be fired next.
Especially if all these reports about Grigson having his hands all over coaching decisions and who does and doesn't start are true. I'm pretty sure we could have at least split the Patriots and Saints games with Hasselbeck starting and held Luck out even longer to recover, but people's jobs are on the line in Indy right now, so can't have that.
Infinitely better than suffering another 8 games under Hamilton's playcalling. For the last 2 and a half seasons, the Colts have been trying to run the ball like they have an elite power running offense.....and they don't.

There would be no talk about the Colts or Luck at all if they didn't play in that weak ass division. That's six wins a year. They have a losing record vs the rest of the league.

It's going to get really bad now. I can see it on his face the guy is totally rattled, it's becoming mental. His confidence is hurting, worst thing that can happen to any QB. He's not like Favre where it was... it....he's more sensitive.
They realy need to work on that running game, both Gore/Bradshaw are good backs. They can't be in third and long.

I am one of the biggest...Russell Wilson is better than Andrew Luck....fans. But I can't be a rookie and ignore Lucks health situation. He's not right and it's obvious.
