Parker is a horrible PG. Great player, but horrible PG. Playing some stupid game out there. Tony Parker helped the Spurs lose that 12 point lead by ing freezing out Kawhi. Man, horrible, horrible PG play.

Learn to play the ing position. It's not about you dribbling, dribbling, dribbling around. You can't shoot, so there is no need for you to hold the ball like Steve Nash. Steve Nash was a threat to pass the ball or hit a jumper if you gave him any daylight. You're not a threat to hit shots.

Don't have stats to back it up, but hasn't LMA been much more effective in second halfs during his short Spurs career? If my impression is true, it will be interesting to see if the trend continues.

Otto Porter 16 pts on 6-8 shooting, Wall with the 9 assists already. Beal with 5-10, 12 points. It was our bench that got us back in this game of course. Except Kawhi no one else has it going on for the starters. LaSharkus still struggling.

Wow all that for a post. Kawhi stopped eating once Mills and Manu entered the game

Yea, he's been starting off slow. I hope he comes back with fire next half.

    Larry Bird fleeced RC man.
Just think, Kawhi could have teamed with DWest and Paul George. When DWest still had a lot left. Of course, who knows how Kawhi would have developed in Indiana...

He also had bad second halfs already ... but lets just go with he at least has one good half per game

the defense is lousy, they've gotten like a million uncontested jumpers including plenty of 3s
We turned around a 2-19 deficit and the defense is lousy? Nah, the defense can't be elite all the time when certain guys like West are out there... you gotta live with that.

Expect him to turn it around in the second half.

In all seriousness he has some of the worst vision ever for a supposed Hall of Famer ever. He missed so many players within the motion that was going on...it was HORRIBLE! Scorers tend to have tunnel vision but its something about his that has always pissed me off.

It's hard for him to play a different game after playing one way for many years... hopefully he'll learn his new role

Having never seen Timmy at his peak, I think Kawhi right now is playing the best I've ever seen a Spur play

Pop may give him incentive to continue the trend. He was largely AWOL.

At that time they thought Granger was still a major player. So they already had a logjam. Poor Kawhi would have likely had little playing time his rookie year.

Fortunately, on the Spus Kawhi only had to unseat RJ

Some good individual defense, but team defense was poor. DWest just refused to take one step to get a hand in Portrt's face on one of his 3s.
