agree with this analysis. We did lose in the first round last year and we didn't have a team closer. Sure, Parker is vastly superior this year, but he is still not the old MVParker. He possibly cannot carry the load, especially not throughout the entire regular season.

He had a handle briefly but Tony himself was out of control. In general the pass wasn't a good idea, particularly when we had already seen the same play between earlier in the Q with Manu, Patty and Danny I believe. They lost as a team... even the last defensive possession was on Kawhi. At several different times in that last Q they could have taken control of the situation and didn't. They played in general a very careless game. I hate to pin this on one guy with so many guys playing poorly.
It's a three point play. They were going to switch.
They took out Duncan because they were planning on switching.
I have no idea why this is so hard to understand and grasp. Lamarcus was at fault.
99% of the time when a team is trying to get a three, teams will opt to swtich in a last second play or dying playing.
