Seven of the top 14 players picked played in the 60s.
What a crock of .![]()
Wilt was a stat , neither he nor Russell belong in the top 5. Duncan at 16, Olajuwon at 18, Moses at 24 are all unreal. Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, Julius Erving, Oscar Robertson, Bob Pe t over any of those three, much less all of them? This writer thinks the 60s and 70s were the glory days of the league or some ?![]()

Bob Cousy over Moses Malone, Dirk Nowitzki, David Robinson, and Kevin Garnett?
George Mikan over Dirk Nowitzki and David Robinson?![]()
Prime Wade is easily the second best shooting guard in the history of the league. His 2006 playoffs were on par with Duncan's 2003 playoffs.
One of worst lists I've ever seen. Can't believe this got got paid to write this garbage.

Even though that's not true (Wade's Finals was but for the whole Playoffs Duncan was clearly better), Wade had the 2nd greatest prime for a SG imo. His 2009 Regular Season was out of this world.
Wade was even better in the ECF than he was the Finals that year.
No, just no... Malone ahead of Tim was enough but at #16 all times? LOL. He is top 10.
Duncan is a borderline top 5 player all-time, so placing him outside of the top 10 is complete bull . Sad that certain people in the media and fans continue to underapperciate and understand Tim Duncan's greatness.
SMDH @ this garbage list, man.
The year when he averaged a gazillion free-throw attempts during the playoffs. Not saying all were illegitimate, but seriously how does that year being a gross statistical outlier not get more scrutiny?
Manu in his prime will always be better than Wade in his prime. Better court vision and 10x more heart. If Manu didnt come off the bench and didnt have to share the spotlight with Tim and Tony, he'd be on that list
Wade, Lebron... Leastern Conference players.
don't forget the 4 rings the Cheatriots have.....or the Red Sox les.....or the Bruins. Bostonians are spoiled and fickle....to with them and their teams.
Saw this some days ago, guess it somehow fits here...
Trying to do a top 50 now is dumb, the only reason it was 50 before was to honor the 50th anniversary. Every year there should be a new player added, so in October of 2021, the 75th anniversary, there should be a Greatest 75, and right now . . . a Greatest 69.
Still amazes me that this sucker had the audacity to put the biggest choke artist in NBA history(Karl Malone) above TD. ing jackass.
He tried to fit in Malone at 13 to go with the age of girls he is interested in
Hakeem's 94 postseason run is the only one that can be compared to Tim's 2003 postseason run. Shaq was dropping 21/10 on 65% shooting against Ben Wallace in the 2006 ECF. The Mavs doubled Shaq & dared Walker to beat them. Wade also had the luxury of playing 1-on-1 b/c of Shaq.
Bob "I can only dribble with my right hand" Cousey
George "I'm 6'10 but can't dunk" Mikan
