Sounds like it. They are saying up to 8 people are holding 100 people hostage. Instead of being killed 1 by 1 a hundred people can overtake 8 gunmen. Of course some will die in the process but seems better than waiting around to be shot. Anyone arguing against concealed carry at a time like that would be a fool.
This sounds like Ben Carson's suggestion. I'd take my chances rushing them than get picked off like a sitting duck.
Or he can get himself and dozens more killed. It's not like these guys are afraid to spray bullets to the crowd or die.
