wilson with his patented " non safety" and delay of game..
Why? It's better to keep the Packers out of a bye.

Has anyone else noticed Palmer has 2-3 horrible decisions every week?
Run once, two minute warning. Run again, TO (no more left for the Pats). Run once more and if you don't get the TD you give them the ball with just 1 minute left and no TOs.

None of that matters if Coughlin would have done what he should have done.
Folks trying to justify that here.![]()
It's the really washed up version of Chris Johnson in Tennessee.
AZ would be scary if they traded for Peterson when they allegedly could have.
They clearly went all in for the TD to seal the victory. The old man was going to win or lose the game on that drive instead of giving Brady a chance for a game winning drive.
The game was already won. He lost it.
perhaps, but peterson can't catch passes and costs 10+ against the cap.. paaaaass.
He really does suck when measured against his public perception
he's not even game managing well at this point
The Pats would have had a chance of scoring w/ a minute left on the clock which is what the old man was trying to prevent. It wasn't a smart gamble but he didn't want to leave any chance.
I ing hate referees.
Collinsworth has been randomly going HAM on him tonight.
what the was that "The Wiz!" commercial? Is that like the negrified version of the Wizard of Oz?
arizona just kicked from superbowl contention
Giants running game sucks, including their goal line running game.
1st down started with 2:06 on clock.
Giants run 1st down play: 2:00 minute warning.
2nd down Pats call timeout with 1:50 remaining.
3rd down clock runs down to 1:05
Field goal.
Not that much difference.
It's a stupid decision any way you slice it. Who's to say they wouldn't have scored the TD by running the ball?
By running the ball you make all or most of the next things happen: can score the TD, make them use their only TO left, Kill more time, have less chances of turning the ball over.
Any of those scenarios is a win for the Giants, there's just no reasonable justification for what Coughlin did.
