yeah it is. It's not Magic money but it should be plenty. I guess the real question is if he'll dedicate himself to living an all around healthy life. Magic had a pretty good head start being in some kind of shape. No telling how damaged Sheen's organs are from all that abuse. Although I guess his money might be vulnerable to some law suits now.
i thought he smoked all of his money away

Is HIV still a big deal (among real people, not Africans)?

HIV ain't a big deal anymore
    This.

It's not the 80s anymore. Most of the people that develop AIDS develop it because they live in a country with water to drink, no food, etc. If you live in 1st World country, you're probably going to be fine.

Apparently he knowingly exposed multiple people including his ex-fiancee.
Charlie Sheen's second ex-wife, Denise Richards, has known for years that he's HIV-positive, Us Weekly can confirm.

The Two and a Half Men actor, 50, and Richards, 44, divorced in 2006 after four years of marriage. They are parents of daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10. (Richards adopted her third daughter, Eloise, in August 2012.)

An insider tells Us that Richards and her children are not HIV-positive. In addition, Sheen "got infected after they were together, four years ago or so." (Richards' rep had no comment on the matter.)

It isn't. With insurance you can go and get on a lifetime script of Bactrim along with a couple of antiretrovirals. That's what they call the tail basically. Doctors play with the ARVs to see which your body responds best to.

An infectious disease doctor once told me it was better to have HIV in this day and age than Diabeetus.

^^ that's cool and all, but I still wouldn't want HIV, even if it's manageable..you guys are talking like it's the equivalent of spraining your ankle..

Word, y'all treating HIV like its the common cold. Manageable or not you still have to deal with that monster of a disease and all that comes with it. Then you have to explain to your loved ones why you were raw dogging s or sharing needles. Not to mention the chances of you getting any pussy are shot.

I get what you both are saying, but it doesn't have to be that B&W anymore, tbh. It's technically easier to hide than Herpes now. I can't remember the last time I've seen somebody with visible KS lesions or rapid wasting, so unless they want to disclose their condition to others, they can practice safe sex and live the rest of their lives like it ain't no thang (obviously CS hasn't, but...). I get the stigma part, though--HIV still conjures up images of certain-death--especially to the older generation like ChumpDumper, who lost all his friends in the 80's.

Nothing is a guarantee. I've known several people that manage their HIV and still are hospitalized quite frequently for like pneumonia. While the med tail they take keeps the virus at bay for the most part, there are times when even healthy individuals get immunocompromised. Yes, you can manage it and live with it for the rest of your life, but who the wants to?

    It's still a big deal.

, this explains why some of the most recent pornstars have retired and consequently dissapeared.

It's a big deal if you want pussy and have the moral character to not not tell girls you see/date/ that you've got an incurable, transmittable virus that they risk getting if you guys .

I guess if you don't have that moral dilemma or just would prefer wacking off its not that big a deal.

I'm just saying its not the death sentence it was back in the 90's. Old heads fail to realize that.

I'm not saying I would be cool with the disease..but again, it's not as bad as it once was. In this day and age its manageable.
