Strange that Spurs stopped taking in new season ticket holders this year. They claimed record high of season tickets sold this year but all the games have had plenty of empty seats, including opening night vs Nets.
Looking at almost an entire row of empty seats, 5 rows behind the bench... Season ticket holders too lazy to resell their tickets?
Just bad compe ion?
Kinda disappointing tbh as this is such a stacked team, I'd kill to go to these games

New arena keeps them at different areas spending money etc
Yeah, I had noticed LOTS of lower bowl seats vacant at each game.
Pathetic. Take the team away from that city
Season ticket holders imo. Lot of companies got season tickets this year but only use them selectively.
It's worrisome. If SA can't support this team, what happens when the decline starts?
The corporatocracy showing its colors. And they said capitalism was great
Who would want to pay their hard-earned money to watch Porker's iso-heroball?
Went to the game against the Hornets, it was pretty full all the way to the top for a Saturday night game. Arena is very nice, but the beer lines can get pretty outrageous around halftime.
I checked for tickets (regular and re-sale) in those areas and there's none to be found... somebody paid for them
The season tickets have already sold out. They might be empty, but they're paid for.
Well they pay to watch KawhISO so why not?
Meanwhile, there are those of us who don't live in the US who have been diehard Spurs fans for years but have never been to a game at the AT&T Center live.
The tickets are already paid for. They aren't allowed to sell them twice.
Everyone's too busy eating at the Whataburger in the arena to give a about the game.
Fit people noche?
It would be really nice if a company or seat owner that wasn't using them for a night would give them away to kids or wounded veterans. It's a waste to see them empty.
scalpers trying to sell regular season games for $2k apiece.
Because the population in SA spends their money on food....
Me included. Would love to see them play at home live someday.
As long as they're paid for and sustain the franchise, I have trouble caring what seats remain vacant. I don't cheer any louder at home when I can see rows and rows of patricians with their heads buried in their phones.
