He was a real solid player past year. Arguably the wizards most consistent. The reason he held out on signing with anyone so long, is he expected much bigger offers. When they didn't come, he chose the best chance to win with spurs.
He gambled and lost on the money, but landing with the Spurs is pretty sweet consolation.

Like Jokic. Nice young player. He has looked the best for Denver.
You are a great judge of young talent.......

I like how Kawhi took his time on the break and looked off Green until the last second to make sure he had space for the three. Nice playmaking.
Muphucka doesn't use his body to create space or fend off the shot blocker, he just goes up straight or tries to avoid contact. Boozer at least was undersized & had short arms.

Gallinari sure was quiet. He went to Kawhi island never to be heard from again.

He has value as the reigning Summer League MVP & a product of the Spurs system. If he doesn't turn into a rotation player I'm hoping they trade him for McLemore next summer.
He has no rhythm whatsoever. Everyone else is allowed to play through whatever doldrums they have or mistakes. If Pop didn't believe in him, he wouldn't even be playing but teammates ignore him on mismatches at this point, and he has no chemistry with others. He is a nice young player but he will not flourish or look well like this. He does need work on that shot. It's sad his confidence is gone. This was a painful game to watch not only bc of that. The team's iso heavy and selfish play at times completely freezes out Aldridge as well.

Or in the middle of this season for a 7' guy who can rebound, block shots, and actually guard big guys worth a damn.

I love Kawhi but he isn't top 3......... Also, Curry is the best player in the NBA right now.

Yeah, hard to say that his all-around game continues to improve. It seems to have arrived. He does everything well.
