Parker is playing good basketball so far this year, though. He has a +9 offensive/defensive rating differential and -1.0 BPM (which is 1.0 above replacement level, actually). It'll be interesting to see what RAPM he has (don't think the data is out).

Parker in his current form is not a detriment to the team. Don't know if it's sustainable, however. He gets one minor injury, and his game falls apart.

Ive aknwokedged parker performance this year tbh. My only concern is sustainability and if this can have a negative effect on his understanding his role. Hes a guy that needs to take what the defense gives him, but not someone thats going to be the focal point offensivley. Big difference between the two. Its a legitimate concern with parkers known personality.

Hope he finds the middle ground. Not too passive that he denies what the defense gives him or not too much dribble dribble dribble freezing out the best players in the team.

You don't have to like everyone equally, and yet don't have to be an as$hole bc someone other than your fave had a good game.

Rather I like all my spurs for different reasons. I actually much rather enjoy watch them play as a team. The one that sometimes makes me a little crazy is Pop.

I meant the kind of player fans who will talk to you because your team lost but they'll root for LeBron, Curry, Harden, Durant, CP0 & Kobe then proclaim they like the whole team. Those are the kind of player fans I'm talking about

Let's just say in 10 years Kawhi starts to fall off the deep end....You gonna wish injury on him to get him off the court?

I know Parker was detrimental to the Spurs' playoff aspirations last year....and I think I've been more than fair with my assessment on him. Just not gonna start wishing injury on the guy. I'd rather him play well and give the Spurs team another threat on the court. If that makes me a "Justice Warrior"...then I'll wear that badge proudly.

Reading his interviews, I think he gets it. We're gonna need him. His penetration is still a great weapon.

On that note, I hope Pop gets it too, and has him on a short leash. Sometimes Parker is a better matchup, sometimes it's Mills (like against the Clips, where Parker can't get it going anymore against CP3).

And I definitely don't think there are really any Kawhi haters, it's just in response to the over-the-top love of Leonard by some and the hate for Parker. Quite frankly, I think it's a fun social media experiment by some of the same posters, who with their trolls work both sides of the fence and try to get "regular posters" to pick a side.
