I have no idea. I don't really keep up with them. Just saw this story linked on a news portal.
But it would not surprise me if it turned out that some of the hush money he's paid went to some dudes.
I'm sure that's way more troublesome to him than even having HIV.

As long as he keeps the HIV from becoming AIDS, he isn't going to die from it either. I'm sure he's taking his medication. He probably needs to cut out the drug use though.
