What's really bad is the terrible habits Kobe is teaching the young kids. You see it - Kobe quits, so they quit. Kobe doesn't get back, so they don't get back.

It's really, really bad and the worst possible situation for any young talent. If they don't ditch Kobe next year, they set the franchise back another 5-10 years.
