At home against a surprisingly good Mavs team (9-6) who will be playing the 2nd game of a b2b. Lost last night to the Grizz in Memphis by 14. Aldridge is still listed as questionable for this one. Let's get it.

man WTF is up with this ankle?? it says MILD
So does the defensive rating...
It seems like Pop is trying to milk as many wins he can get before LMA can return. I have feeling LMA will comeback for the next game if the Spurs lose to the mavs.
It always feels good to beat the Mavs.
Stay healthy and get the win.![]()
I'd be okay with LMA sitting two more games if the sprain is still bothering him a little. We need him to get that experience, but the last thing I want is a main cog on offense being hampered during the POs. Don't want another 2011 Manu arm, or 2013 Tony hammy. As long as we have Manu, we're good.
Mavs already looked pretty bad against the Grizzlies last night and Carlisle rests players on b2bs as well (doubt Parsons will play, lets see about Dirk) ... this should be a W for the Spurs
Manu has been phenomenal this season, nice to see the numbers back it up.
I can not believe he has aged better than Kirby, tbh![]()
If only Aldridge wasn't a soft pussy unlike Tiago who played through ankle injuries and 81 games in 2013 tbh.
Did anyone hear Charles Barkley say that the Mavericks are the second best team in the West after the undefeated Warriors?
We'll be sporting a nice 12-3 record when I leave for work tomorrow.
Especially now that winning the division has no bearing on seeding...
okay... finally Spurs play against some serious compe ion.
Mavs are better than expected, but like the Spurs they had an easy schedule and already own 3 more losses. With this roster of older players on a b2b I doubt it is that serious compe ion when playing in San Antonio ...
Perhaps we'll see McGee giving us some Shaqtin a fool moments ...
