He was our last championship MVP, IMO
I think when he was younger he was a decent contributor/role player. He seemed to decline fairly young and now he's 29 and doesn't seem like the same player he was in the Heatles heyday. Probably overachieved a little and fit in well with the team. Solid backup PG ehh starter in his prime.
He played very well against SAS on Game 6 and Game 7 of 2013 nba finals.
With out him playing that good, no way HEAT would have been game all along..
That's enough for him.

Yup Chalmers was playing lights out all season and super clutch for them in the playoffs along with Birdman.
