still cannot believe the Celts scored 100+ on us ...
We had no answer for Thomas. Td struggled defending shooting team's like these. You have to give them credit. Stevens is a he'll of a as coach. Celtics are a handful and have one unguardable player in Thomas.

Wow what a nailbiter scary ass game. We turned the ball over way too much. Had that not been the case Isaiah flops and crazy heroics aside we would still have won.

Kawhi had a really bad game too and we stopped going to Aldridge when he was balling.

Also when Kyle was in the game we settled down a little, once he was out, all he'll broke loose again with the TO.

Still a win is a win.
AND stopped going to Boris who probably played his best game of the year.

I like to call that game a moral loss. At least it's a real win though.

Boston is scrappy. They certainly don't quit. Stevens is doing a nice job there.

Only thing I don't like is that they're very good at grabbing and slapping. Reminds me of Chicago. Refs let them get away with a lot.

Actually, this will wake them up and hopefully prevent any sort of a trap game against the 76ers.

Pop was too stubborn to trap Isaiah & dare Amir shoot, dude was 1-4 from 3 (he ain't Ryan Anderson). Isaiah is as good as anyone when it comes to getting into the paint & exposing mismatches w/ a big.

Celtics were the 2nd best defense the past couple of weeks & they gave up 108 despite Kawhi/Tony having an off night.

Don't like this "good thing we don't play them again" mindset; not with this roster.

Seriously, they slap and grab and... no call. We get called for every little tricky-tacky touch foul. We would foul out the entire roster if we ever played like those guys!

David Lee; they have actually been rumored to be interested in Cousins (willing to give up multiple 1st rd picks the Nets owe them)

AND stopped going to Boris who probably played his best game of the year.
Agreed I am not sure if he just pissed up Pop to end the 3rd. He really started to get passive and passing the ball into traffic. I through at different points Manu and Kawhi were also tired and started making bad decisions.

A lot to learn from this. We had been defending their 3 well until this game. Still a game we won when we only 5 threes I'll take it!

Also, Danny and Kawhi making clutch FT. Good and thrilling game. Can't blame POP fir this one. Players themselves git sloppy at times.

He still doesn't trust Kyle. I think he only played bc of the foul trouble situation, but he played well. That will help his confidence. When even LMA and Boris were nit playing down the stretch you know Pop was sticking to his trusted guys.

Good quality clutch win requiring good performance down the stretch and enough too scare the bejeezus out of them.

Kawhi was whacky in the 4th. The team needs to do a better job of getting him in rhytem if they want to use him as an offensive optio when the game slows down. 4 shots in the first half aint going to cut it.

Spurs win but pop was really poor today. He overcoached.

damn spurs played like crap in the 4th quarter, totally outplayed - that lineup with aldridge and 4 'smalls' did not play well at all

Kawhi was bothered by the physicality but the refs let them play b/c they set the tone right from tip off w/ their energy.

Not gonna win every game by 25. 17-4 is killer and would have more luster if it wasn't for the god damn Warriors.

Manu was busy over-dribbling instead of giving the ball to LMA in the post & letting him go to work.
