Isaiah Thomas was 7 of 17. A bot short of 'turbo', imo.
    12 Celtic 3Gs, 68%, was the difference

The Celtics are good and up and coming team, good win tonight.
agree, Bradley is so underrated (defense elite and 44% 3pt), Smart (when healthy), Bradley and Crowder is a nightmare for any guard

Kyle was quite good. I was surprised that he only logged 8 minutes. Seemed like more.
    38 mins actually, 41points, 7 assists, and 4 boards vs the Dubs. /blue #WeDaNorth

For a young team, these Celtics played with a lot of heart.

Agree completely. The Celts are not usually that good at shooting threes. Our biggest point differentials in our wins have occurred when our three pointers were plentiful.

You are right that Boston's three point shooting was both unusual and why the game was so close.

The only other thing that stands out is that the Celtics are young and quick, and got out running. The Spurs didn't get back on transition D, and the Celtics had 28 fast break points compared to just 3 for the Spurs. But if Kawhi has his normal game, a lot of those opportunities wouldn't have been there.
I think Spurs played well in offense. However defensively they couldn't stop the Celtics.

My summary, it could have been a blowout, but the Celtics refused to give up.

They're not that talented, but they play hard and bring it every night...and they're REALLY well coached

Brad Stevens is a great coach. Celtics better not screw that one up.

Yep, he's already a top 3-5 coach for sure. He's locked up in Boston so it won't happen, but man I'd be thrilled if we got him as Pop's replacement in a few years.
