    It is funny.

If ya talk about how while in the NCAA RW was the all time passing efficency leader, ya read.....that was just college.

If ya talk about how he walked right in and took over, ya read.....Matt Flynn sucked.

If ya talk about how the guy has won so many games, ya read....he has a RB and a defense.

If ya talk about how his first 4 seasons were the best we have ever seen, ya read......it's a team sport.

    Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

I've seen them all from John Unitas to these guys today, and I'm a Niner fan, so why am I so high on RW? Why should I care? Could it be because he's the best young QB I've seen, ya reckon? The guy has it all and only an fool wouldn't see that. He's doing things we've never seen before, he's a special athlete and it's real obvious.

RW could play in any offense, that's always been obvious to anyone who knowes the game. Seattle runs a little different offense, one that nobody else in the league could run like RW does.

If a QB can be the best....passer....the NCAA had ever seen what's that tell us about his arm? Keep in mind all those legendary QB 's played college football and none threw the ball any better than RW did. So for anyone to.....but can he pass.....hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be the best ever at the NCAA level is important. That's why the NFL pays these guys milions of $$$$$, yep, their NCAA exploits showing potential.

Not to me their not that's why these guys are drafted, that NCAA career.

Just think RW left the college game doing things never done before so what's he do in the NFL, yep, things never done before.

i know. a lot of college phenoms suck in the nfl and a lot of nfl legends weren't anything special in college.

when we're asking "who is the better NFL quarterback" their NCAA performance goes out the window

As usual you're missing another point. If a QB at Wisconsin can put up passing numbers better than anyone else ever had that tells us he can throw the ball, ok ya with me? For anyone to question his ability to throw the ball, hahaha!!!!!!

Why do we have the combine? Aren't these guys STILL just college guys? So we do care what these guys can do at that level, right? When we hear....he ran a 4.34 40...that's his college time, right?

How many times do we hear....he won the Heisman...well?

I heard today somebody talking about Ted Ginns HS track career, where he was one of the fastest hurdlers in the nation. People care about that stuff, if you don't who cares? Dude, I'll talk about what I want, ya got that slugger?

    Little man, I had another $$$$ winning week, where's my...nice play? Since I said...ok my legit $$$$ making plays...plus 3240...ha~~~~~~

It's always funny watching how some do all they can to belittle....

Only player in history with two 100 QB rankings in their first two seasons.
Only player in history to win 50 games in their first 68 starts.
Only player in history to win 6 playoff games and appear in two SB's in their first three seasons.
Only player in history to throw for 15 td's in 4 games without an INT.
Shortest QB in history to win a SB.
Only QB in history to led the NCAA in pass efficency and the NFL in QB ranking.
Only QB in history to start 68 games in his first 4 seasons.

    ONE MORE TIME~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I challenge anyone to find any QB who was more impression in their first 4 seasons. Actually do the homework, know what youi're talking about.

Nobody played in more games, had more wins, more playoff success, a higher QB ranking than RW in their first 4 seasons.

I think it's because he s all over this...blacks can't play QB, and Andrew Luck. The guy comes within one play from winning two SB's in his first three seasons and instead of.....WOW~~~~~ it's....he ed up, he ed up YIPEEEEEE...ha~

He is the best 4 season QB I have seen and I've seen them all since the early 60's.

Seahawks'll go as far as RW takes them. He'll probably regress but he's shown that he's top 10 QB at the very least. Still, NYG beats them in wild card

    Joe Montana
    Dan Marino
    Brett Favre
    Tom Brady
    Peyton Manning
    Aaron Rodgers

look at what they did their first four NFL seasons. Then Google Russell Wilson and what he has done in his first 4 seasons, tell me what you see.

Come on, cool all the stupid bull and deal with the facts, ok?

I just saw a chart of what Odell Beckman is doing compared to all the great receivers in the past, we even see Charley Hennigan mentioned, a guy you have never heard of. He was fantastic as an Oiler back in the old AFL days, he held the yards in a season record for decades. And the guy opposite of him was Bill Groman a 9.5 sprinter.

There was a chart showing what Todd Gurley has done vs all the greats in their rookie season, yep ,Jim Brown etc.

This..if it isn't happening right now I don't care...is what rookies play, ya wanna know al ya can about this stuff, that's what seperates me from guys like you.

Tom Brady sat on a bench as did Aaron Rodgers, the Falcons dumped Brett Favre, Manning threw how many INTS? Marino lost the only SB he played in.

Joe Montana took a few years to get rolling.

RW steps off a plane, walks into camp beats out the big $$$$ guy, then...

rookie...wins a playoff game, almost two.
    second year....wins it's all
third year...comes within a yard of winning it all again
fourth year....number one rated QB in the league right now

Find me any QB ever that compares to that, come on, show me.

Asante you're going to be disappointed when Wilson has to make a GW drive in the playoffs and flops. Then you're going to be devastated when Newton does it again like he has all year and all his career.

    Well lets see...

RW is 4-1 vs Newton, beat him last season in the playoffs. Has had a far more suceesful career, winning more reg season games, more playoff games, and has superior stats.

It is about time for Newton to do something, anything.

I've noticed ya always stay away from comparing career stats. smart move.

Do me a favor pretty please. Actually take a few minutes and Google these guys career numbers, pretty please. It's real obvious you haven't a clue just how lopsided it really is in favor of RW. It's not even close.

You're a Panther fan guy, ok? I'm not a Seahawks fan, alright? You're going to get all unrealistic and goofy over Newton, I just wish ya knew the facts.

Hold it slick, how about cooling the bull and do what I do, that would be actually bone up on this stuff, ok? Stop being so damn lazy, ok?

Dude, RW has already done far more than Newton has, ok guy? In his first three seasons he played in two SB's, Newton is in his 5th season and hasn't come close to a SB, ok, so keep it real, got it?

Russell Wilson had a far superior team to Newton's both coming into the lead and afterwards. The wins and success were due to the team, as evidenced with his 4 pick debacle against Green Bay. He also had by far the best running back in the league. The past four games, his best of the season, Rawles averaged 6 yards a carry and racked up 900 yards. He is now injured.

I always tell people to let things develop, but the fact that Newton led a 2-14 team to a 13-0 record must be overrated because he has a lower completion %. Never mind that Hoyer has a higher % than Brady, but that obviously is the indicator of success. Newton has a great corp of WR's too like Philly Brown, Jericho Cotchrey, Devin Finches and Ted Ginn Jr.
Might I add that Newton has resurged a franchise.

    Might I add ...

    2011..7-9
    2010..8-8
    2009...5-11

    since RW...

    2012...12-4
    2013...13-3
    2014...12-4

In his career Newton has won...2 playoff games, RW has won ..6.

Facts are facts, they don't change. Show me where I was wrong?

Carolina has beaten how many winning teams this season, well? WELL?

Dude, look at Newtons 2015 numbers vs RW's...ok, OK?

You wander around in a fantasy guy, ok? The old ..I LIKE THE PANTHERS....hahahaha!!!! reality.

How about this, barring injuries to key players the Seahawks will go further in the playoffs than the Panthers, we got a bet? 60 days self bannishment, ok? Ya got balls?
