    it begins:

Bryant finished with 18 points Sunday in a 99-95 loss to the New York Knicks in what may have been his final appearance at Madison Square Garden, where he scored his first NBA point in 1996 and set the opponent record with 61 points in 2009. He is in the final year of his contract and is shooting just 32 percent while trying to regain his form after a calf injury during the preseason.

    this dude is so predictable...

Bryant said even walking is difficult when his back acts up like this, and said it goes back to a problem that first presented itself during training camp last month.

ing predictable, pussy ass . The thing is noone would laugh at him if he came out and just said he's older and his body has deteriorated, instead he's so insecure that he wants to maintain this facade that he's still a good player. Although of course none of us are buying his BS excuses.

    After the Detroit game.

"Right now, I'm barely standing up. My back and my legs, man, it's killing me," he said Sunday after playing a season-high 36 minutes in a 97-85 win over theDetroit Pistons at Staples Center.

Harden has quit on McHale, as has the rest of the team. The funniest thing though is this is a Kobe thread, and you can't stay on topic. You're franchise has 16 les, and the glamor of all those are all rubbed down with stains of Kobe's fecal matter. Along with the grave of Jerry Buss. No one will remember the last time the Lakers rang even though it was 5 years ago and it's all because of your idol. You talk more about other teams than your own, I guess it speaks to the irrelevance of a once proud organization, from the glory days of Showtime, to the depths of begging to swallow Howard's load to get him to stay. Why is that? There is one common denominator. Yes, he is a snake alright.

I get that he pissed you off but do you really believe that Kobe's last 3 ty years will erase 16 les? Kobe will be mostly forgotten in three years. not even sure why he matters so much this one. Both HH and I have been calling him irrelevant before the last 3. After the Dallas sweep Kobe has had what one good playoff series and one hot stretch of the regular season right before the Achilles?! He is done and has been since that day. Yet there are more threads about the has been that USED to be the best SG than the current best one, even though both are hated on by many on this site.

Dont get sucked in Djohn ...today marks a new day with a new coach for your squad. Even with your ty start your squad can salvage their season and Harden can continue building a legacy. Kobe's legacy is already written all the good and the bad.

After the loss to the Blazers last night.

''It's tough,'' Bryant said. ''After almost 20 years it's tough. The legs aren't what they used to be. But I just continue to fight through and take the opportunities when they are there.''

7 - 20. Most shot attempts on team.

Turned out when he played well, he had his legs, if he didn't play well, he didn't have his legs.

It just comes and goes, it's nothing to do with him sucking, it's just his legs, you know.

That's different than what El was talking about, but you'd know that if you weren't "special".
