OKC is a legit threat. But we've already proven we can beat them even without TP. They're a two person team. We can stick ing Bonner in the starting lineup and beat them. Clips, on the other hand, their players light up when they see Spurs jerseys. Pop feels forced to overcoach when playing them. Our margin for error is very small against them.

They're a lot like OKC in that they don't miss very much and it's painfully annoying but at least they have someone to hack

Tim is going to be matchup w/ Adams so that won't be much of an issue in the postseason. If Parker attacked Kanter on the switches during the season opener then the Spurs would have won the game, the current Tony would flambee him like Z-Bo on the switches. Patty will also be going up against another midget in DJ Augustin so he won't get bullied

yeah but how far are we going to be behind the Dubs by then. Spurs are only 2-31 (6%) at winning championships when we don't have the #1 OVERALL seed, while we're 3-0 (100%) at winning championships when we do get that.

I don't actually like much of anything that you say. The Warriors are playing great. The Spurs are not going to wear themselves out trying to catch them. If you're a fan as long as you've claimed to be, then you'd know this. You'd know that Pop doesn't roll like that. He's not going to go all out in regular season at 70 win pace. If the Warriors start losing he might, but other than that, you're just wasting your time complaining about chasing their record all the time.

And what are you talking about in regards to having the number 1 overall seed. I'm pretty sure the Spurs were the number 1 overall seed in 2001 and got beat down by the Lakers. That's not a 100% record like you claim. Having the number 1 overall seed doesn't guarantee anything. You still have to work your ass off. It doesn't get any easier having the number 1 seed. You have to work either way.

Clippers just don't miss against the Spurs. I'd never seen a team hit so many flukey bull shots against the Spurs as they did in the second half of game 7 last year. At least 4-5 high degree of difficulty bailout shots they made in that 4th quarter. That is continuing on today.
