That has to be stagedHarvey reads from cards all the time on Family Feud, so I don't understand how he could mix that up.

Poor miss Colombia, she probably thought her dreams had finally come true only for Steve Harvey to say it was a mistake. She's gunna cry for a very long time about this whole thing. The card is labeled pretty dumb too. Having the winner at the bottom where fine print usually is; the human eye has been trained to tune that out. Should be in the middle like WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNERI guess first runner up sounds like first place.
Have a friend who works as a production manager. Said he heard Harvey is a complete diva on family fued. And that show is a licence to print money. Everyone gets paid on that show

They crank those syndicated tv game shows like factories. They make like 5 a day, work 3 days a week.

Brilliant publicity stunt tbh. Not many people give a about the Miss Universe pageant and they needed something to stimulate interest. It's been trending ever since. Smart PR move.That has to be staged
He was just thinking about the order in which he wanted to them hoe's....he was thinking with his and forgot what he was doing..happens to me all the time..no biggie..apologize and write the a personal check for 100 grand as seed money...and gain more attention for being a good guy..problem solved
I actually thought the same thing when I saw it happen. Miss Colombia looked a lot more hotter than the winner and I think he just jumped the gun and assumed that it was a given that Colombia was the winner.
