NBA bettor bob Voulgaris was having a field day on twitter trashing the Heat bench for this weak tactic by Spo and his assistants..there were some other links for other teams HC doing it , but Spo and co (Juawn Howard etc) are by far the biggest culprit of this most bush league move..I agree you really should to tech the out of these pathetic coaches..

He did step on the court, but I believe he was telling his guys to come contest the shot, motioning them over. The shooter couldn't have seen him.
