Not playing that well but he's doing work on the boards,he has 3 and has been important under that aspect in a couple of other situations
You've got to love a guy who isn't having a great game, but keeps the energy level up and out-hustles younger guys. You just hope the young Spurs are watching and learning.

Im not invested in him.... you are tbh
It will play out the way it will play out. He's getting playing time in games they can spare to develop him, and played well. If that does not spell Pop caring about a young guys development to you, nothing will.

The question remains, will "hiding" TP on Barnes (when he comes back for them) be something we can get away with? Certainly he's made strides this year on D but Curry and Thompson assignments belong to Green and Leonard, respectively. Would we be better off going outside the grain and start Manu as our PG but have him defend Barnes at the other end?
Livingston is a better postup player than Barnes & need to hide Patty on Iggy.

Yep. Bonehead. It's like when Tom Coughlin made that bonehead call to go for it on 4th & goal from the 7 yard line in the 4th quarter when a field goal would have wrapped up the game. Instead the Jets come all the way back to force OT and win in OT, and the Giants are probably going to miss the playoffs now over it. I don't get dumb risk taking

I don't get he complaining about he cute passes. It's he regular season TBH. They have to keep trying and by the time be playoffs are in the second round they'll start being there. Remember 2014's beautiful game
The "too cute" passes people are complaining about are a bad idea, even when they hit the mark. Like that behind the back, no-look bounce pass that Kawhi made to Danny, that bounced up above head-high. Even if he made that pass perfect, it was unnecessary.

Just my opinion, but in the playoffs all the teams are good, and those passes are even more likely to be costly.

Great, we get to watch Kobe talk about how he can inspire his team with his chucking and losing during halftime of a Rockets/Spurs game. Well done ESPN

Drive 83 yards to the 7 yard line. Get put in 4th down situation. Winning by 10 with 8 minutes left. Field goal means other team must get 2 touchdowns. But no, Coughlin goes for it, Eli throws a pick and the Jets come back and win in OT

The league is trying to milk Kobe's retirement for all they can. He's been Mr. Irrelevant for years.

I saw him in preseason, and didn't think there was any way for him to even make the team. Not only did the Spurs spot talent, but Pop has obviously done a good job of showing confidence in him and getting him to step up. Great to see.
Then I liked him better than you did in preseason. But now in the RS he looks much better. And he looks much better every game he plays. Starting to cut down on the turnovers which were really his bane.
