RA the Rugged Man is just plain filthy. His verse in Uncoomon Valor is the best I've ever heard.
He's gotta be one of the GOAT tbh no one I can think of right now can touch him
check this kid out
massive track
love this beat
Reminded me of MF Doom in the beginning and then just went nuts the last minute. Was not expecting that I'll check out more of him.
Lil B finally dropped that rare new Thugged Out Pissed Off mixtape!
I'm not overly enthusiastic about The Life of Pablo, but it has a couple of good songs imo. Also, please just in drop the whole album, Kanye
nice the kid has an MF Doom mixtape.
Thanks for the heads up on this guy Chris.
Dog used to always go up to the speakers when this song would come on, played it for him on the way to the vet to put him down after he was suffering too much with his back legs paralyzed. Still get teary eyed when I hear this song.
RIP Hendricks
You called it6:30 into that mixtape is my I've got that on my playlist
After listening to E40 for 20+ years still amazed he can drop a gem like this....choices
Word, LakaLuva linked me to this song...bonafide classic imo Saw your post about your doggy got me teary eyedI love dogs man...Got a Chi myself. Anyways been diggin through the Nas catalogue lately and had to post this underrated track
Wow... The Life of Pablo has been surprisingly good
Thats suprising, i finished it about an hour ago and was underwhelmed. I'm a big 'Ye fan but this one wasn't for me.
Its definitely not his best and kind of sounds like a bunch of outtakes thrown together and released as a record. Maybe it grows on me but i'd rank it behind
College Dropout
My Dark Twisted Beautiful Fantasy
Late Registration
Graduation
Yeezus
Late Registration
MBDTF
The College Dropout
TLOP
Graduation
808
Yeezus is some ing inaudible garbage so I'm not even going to put it in the ranking
I liked Yeezus the first go round but it is pretty bad now. I still consider it to be better than 808's because of Black Skinheads and Blood on the leaves are better than any song on that record though i do like Say You Will.
Graduation could have been better if he cut Drunk and Hot Girls, & Good Life and rode out with 11 tracks.
His catalog, overall is very strong.
Stumbled upon this album a few days ago good
Bobby Raps and Spooky Black-Couch Potato
light up and enjoy
"Wicked City is a musical interpretation of the classic 1987 anime film of the same name, directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri. Heralded as ahead of it's time, Wicked City is iconic for it's synergy of live action, realism and animation without the help of CGI (computer generated graphics) as well as for it's erotic, sci-fi, noir tones. Producers Bobby Raps (thestand4rd) & SinGrinch (Keeping Up with the Kardashians, various television placements ECT) created original compositions to re-appropriate the narrative, visuals and aesthetic of the film though their own lens.
With contributions from friends and artists including Chester Watson, Psymun, and Corbin, the music offers a dreamy, 80s-pop/trap, downtown-Tokyo inspired vibe, creating a modernized sonic/visual dichotomy with the original film.
After the duo spent weeks in the studio, curating their sound to various scenes of the film, Bobby and Grinch sourced video editing work from St. Paul native Bill Berger, who spent hours fine tuning the visuals to the audio."
