2 weeks = I'm not going to eliminate them yet.
4 weeks = Yeah, I'm thinking a top 4 spot would be impossible.

So does this eliminate them from competing for a top four seed?

Doc will no doubt start Pierce instead of Smith.
, playoff chokers are not, neither SA/GSW would want to face them in the first round
They won't fall that far. The 7-8 seeds are 3+ games under .500 iirc.
Meh, we lost Griffin last year for roughly 15 games yet we stayed afloat during his absence, going 9-6 without him. Believe it or not, the Clippers played better during too. We had a ridiculous +14.8 net rating IIRC.
It's also a pretty soft schedule. In 12 games, only Utah, Cavs and maybe the Rockets are the biggest threats. Id be happy if we go 8-4.
Tonght's away game against Utah will be good test to see if the team will step up.
Most likely they are going to be matched up either against the Mavsor Rockets in the 1st rd (4/5 matchup)
ty bench will get further exposed tbh Unless Crawful can score 30 a game it's going to be a nightmare for L.A. Jordan played well (if I remember correctly) last year when Blake went out, but they were still losing.
I was over the top rude here and have taken it out. My apologies, Chris.

Solly Cholly, you're on the list!![]()
Paul Pierce chose the right game to make his season debutbut Jamal Crawford meanwhile has somehow become an even worse version of his scrubby ass gunner self

Relieved we won this game. And what's up with Red ? This guy always steps up in Griffin's absence. I remember him shooting the lights out during a 4 win streak..,
9-0 without Griffin so far...
No worries. They will sign Steve Blake in the interim
Dude is an overrated dunker anyway, really the reason they can't get past the 2nd round
The Clippers are Christ Paul's team, and you're stupid if you think otherwise.
easy schedule for most part, but still a gritty stretch by the Clips getting other guys to contribute off their bench even with Lance/Smith not seeing the floor mostly.(dat offseason)
In fairness, we've played nine ty teams in a row, and several of them were injured. We've lucked out that Blake's injury coincided with one of the softest stretches of the schedule.
