It's probably Brown, but Hopkins has done the most with the least tbh.

It's a MAJOR offensive weapon especially in the Red Zone. It's like folks claiming the lob pass isn't a major weapon in basketball.

So what "great" receiver was known for his ability to leap up and catch passes?

Ever hear of the 6-10 Morris Stroud, how about the 6-8 Harold Carmicael?

Megatron made a living catching jump balls without having elite speed.

As you totally ignore my question, sheesh~~~~~

Dude, Johnson ran a 4.35 40, ok? that is elite speed, trust me, alright? And he did far more than just jump around, ok? The best receivers ever like Jerry Rice, Chris Carter, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Marvin Harrison, Tim Brown were known for their leaping ability? No they weren't.

The great Steve Largent, Fred Biletnikoff. Ray Berry, were known for their leaping ability, hahahaha~~~~~~~

Bruh, I specifically said "RED ZONE" offense. Tim Brown, Marvin Harrison, Chris Carter aka possession receivers. Moss/Owens were #1 & #2 at winning jump balls during their prime.

As ya totally ignore Calvin Johnson having elite speed, hahaha!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, there is no such thing as a possesion receiver in the red zone, ok? And, show me where ya got this stat proving Moss/Owens were 1&2 in winning jump balls, love to see it.

Moss was a speed receiver, his thing was getting behind the defense, ok? Yep, just like Alvin Harper, Bob Hayes, Cliff Branch.

And, ya do know Tim Brown was a great punt returner, right? Hardly a possesion receiver.

All receivers can leap up and catch a football, ok guy? Nobody is that......he is here because he can leap up and catch a football......hahahaha!!!!!!!!

    White running back.

Getting back to the speed of Calvin Johnson, he ran a 10.23 while at Georgia Tech, that is the same time Herschel Walker ran and faster than what Deion Sanders ran, ok?

Bruh, he's too tall to accelerate in the red zone, he needs 20 yards to get going. Brown can get to his top speed after 10 yards:

Anyone who has ever ran a sub 4.40 40 can accelerate, ok?

Have you seen Usain Bolt being left on the blocks by NCAA sprinters then having to run them down. Bolt has said numerous time he prefers running th 200m b/c he has doesn't have to play catchup.

Calvin Johnson doesn't have the benefit of a starting block & he doesn't just run in a straight line without anyone impeding him. There is a reason Welker looked much faster than most receivers even though his 40 yard dash isn't elite.

Usain Bolt started out a 400m sprinter and spent years running the 200m before he ever ran a 100m. And many doubted he'd be all that because of that 6-5 frame. But, he's on a whole other level than any NFLers, yep, even Hayes. Bad example.

And Welker like a Danny Woodhead/Sproles don't fool anyone, we all realize that's quicks not speed.
