Come on guy, don't act like one of the dumb kids here, ok? I never saw anything like that in my navy days. Any guy messing around would have got his ass kicked. A known would never have made it, trust me. A guy wandering around without a towel wrapped around him would have been told to get one.
We had 30 guys living in tight spaces, we slept three high in racks. No place for some sicko.
The navy is very strict, you will conform to the "herd" mentality or you will be gone.
