    The problem with the NBA (and perhaps many sports but none more glaring than this) is that you can scan down the page of the scheduled games on any given night and never actually need to watch the game, because you're about 95% certain who will win. Sure there are those odd times when someone doesn't play and the team loses because the coach sat the entire starting 5, and those marquee matchups we all wait to see, but the very very large majority of games are either overwhelmingly obvious or completely irrelevant.
