I don't think Lue did anything underhanded. I don't think David Griffin ever wanted to hire Blatt in the first place. As for LeBron, well... he is what he is. He's been undermining coaches for years. It's part of the package with him. There's no sense in getting upset about it now.

how would you suggest LeBron be held accountable?

For me, personally, it makes me lose respect for him. It will affect my memory of him and his overall standing with the other NBA legends. If I'm starting a hypothetical franchise with any player in history, I'm taking Tim Duncan over Lebron James every time. I might be a biased Spurs fan, but you could hardly argue that Tim is more coachable and easier to build around.
