I'm not saying that VY wasn't intoxicated, but Austin cops are known for DWI'ing people who haven't had to drink i.e. one beer or glass of wine. Dude probably refused the breathalyzer, which is instant arrest. Either way, sucks for him.

24/7 saying ATH Grayland Arnold of Kountze will not take an official visit to UT this weekend.
DE Kelvin Lucky and S DeMarkus Acy, who were previously scheduled, will not be in town either.
As of today, only LB Dontavious Jackson will be on campus.

Ole Miss doesn't put in the leg work to recruit most of these kids. They get them on campus the last week of January and hand them a duffel bag full of cash.
It's so shaddy how Ole Miss has become such a power house recruiter.
