Colangelo would have kept Joe Johnson and kept their lottery pick in 04, and they would have run the Spurs off the floor in 2007. So without Colangelo they're light at least one. You're in denial about how close they once were to ringing. It's what made the late 2000s all the much sweeter.

Joe Johnson has never been a transcending ball player.

And Colangelo had his chances and blew each one in turn.

I don't do "would have" as a rule, bum. I leave that to you children.

The Suns could have had all the pieces, and as long as Sarver was owner and D'Antoni coach, they'd have screwed it up.

Horry gave them the excuse they were looking for to fail in 2007.

They were close, but level heads and IQ win rings.

No it isn't. Spurs "would have" been champions in 2013 had they grabbed a rebound. They didn't and they weren't.

Jon Barry was just on 98.7 citing Pop/and that drunk driver pal of his for doing yeoman work in the Tonio. Says that is how it has to be. That the Suns are lost at sea.

It's a Spurs love fest as I'm typing. Hike on thru the Internet.

And he's pronouncing {{{Popovich}}} with real vigor. I'm about to lose my mind.

Now listen, you SOB, you...I don't do "would haves" willy nilly. I lodge them to bust an ass, not to excuse mine, or, somebody else's failures.

You want me to go into the RR, is that what you really want? I'll go, mother humper.

So good for the tank ...a new coach usually means at least a temporary uptick in play. Which should help us ... (Suns were losing to many games) its also why i dont want Byron fired until the offseason.
