Scary part is that he is still adjusting to the offense.![]()
After the Warriors loss, he deactivated his social media and made it an emphasis to give it his all out there.
28pts 5 blocks last game, 36pts 3blk on 12/20 shooting
Was Aldridge worth giving up Splitter? Tbh

Kirby had 38 last night, not that impressive tbh
/s
But wait till he does this against a good defender.
Oh wait...
(That said, Davis seems to be a much better team / help defender than man. Was getting treated like Greg Monroe treated Draymond)
You know why Aldridge did so well?
And the Spurs won?
LMA 12-20
Kawhi 11-17
Parker 1-2, 8 assists
Cheers
dude has been living up to his promise lately, really impressive stuff.
Preach brother.![]()
I hate trolls but this singular post is money.
Great game by Aldridge, what a beast
Thanks
Huge props to Pop, he is finally using a player of Aldridge's caliber the right way. Tony/Manu pick and pops, and back to the basket postups. No more of that system player stuff
Aldridge is an awesome player when there's no pressure
We discussed this on WarriorsWorld before the Spurs game, he reminds us of a more talented version of former Dub Antawn Jamison
Really good player but nothing to fear when there's pressure
Hard for me to believe that since WarriorsWorld is a terrible message board. The layout seems like its straight out of the 90's.
The Raymond hype is getting out of handThat game was a fluke. Every player played like .
Imagine thinking that Raymond can do something that Dwight and Davis couldn't, which is stop this beast.
Spurs fans can't talk trash about basketball anymore so you talk trash about message board layout LOL
I admit you guys have a nice board(a lot of the posters are ignorant racists and trolls tho)
assuming you aren't someone's troll alt, welcome, i wish we had a lot more posters from other teams tbh
what the is up with the annoying format at WW tho, trolling there sucks
LMA couldn't budge Draymond. That's a big a difference.
LMA did well. I'm still concerned with his lack of rebounding. I think Danny Green has out-rebounded him the last 2 games. There is a mindset to it. I would like to see him get 15 rebounds against a decent opponent.
Having said that, his rebounding stats are ok. I think he is averaging 8.5 rebounds/game. But, I would like to see him do more in that regards and decide nobody is going inside when he's in the game. Because if not him...who? Still, he has shown more aggressiveness on the offensive end, which is encouraging. Big games? We'll see. We have a few of them coming up.![]()
He's doing pretty good lately tho, and it might not be fair to him to be constantly comparing him to Duncan in my mind. Just can't help it...lol

That ty layout/quality has been mentioned before.
someone mentioned in the game thread and i agree, aldridge looks to be a lot smoother with his movements. swift and decisive
It's seriously a handful of guys who all spend their extra time trying to figure out ways to flirt with other board members while acting like they don't feed off each other.
Back to your point, Aldridge has always played his best against the best compe ion. Where did your conclusion come from? This season alone? This season, he's in a new system and has been allowing other lesser players to establish themselves while he learns. I think Pop for through to him with the GS game about how they need him to establish himself. Tonight he went against two of the best defensive bigs in the NBA. Davis, has always been someone he struggled against actually, but who doesn't? Whether you think he's good or not, no one can deny he's getting better and more comfortable as the season goes on.
The one thing I've seen he does struggle with it trying to go through smaller stouter players instead of over them. The shorter player is going to be able to establish position much easier , and if they're stout, they should have the advantage movement wise, but not contesting a shot.
I am not sure specifically on the rebounding, I didn't watch the entire game, just parts of the 1st Q and the last 3 minutes of the 4th... but I would be ok with the rebounding numbers if it meant he was really boxing out the big allowing others to grab a board. The boxing out part is very underrated, and it doesn't show in any stat... that is kind of what they say, rebounding is a team effort.
Edit: also yea, we can't compare him to Tim. There is no other like him. Everyone will come up short. Just have to appreciate him as himself.
We could be a worse team without him. Lets reconsider Tiago injured and Timmy's knee situation. Puts things in perspective. Baynes starting?
I am glad we got him.
LMA getting more fts in the last few games is very important. He need fts to make him more efficient.
I wonder if LMA is on spurstalk tbh
