Thunder have gone downhill since trading him. He's your defensive enforcer and probably the best screen setter in the sport. Too many people underrated him because he had no offensive game outside of offensive rebounds, open dunks and setting screens. But he was such a big part of your team and why your defense was good enough to allow your offense to beat most teams in this league. Ibaka's block rate has gone down since Perkins has left, too, because Ibaka is now your best interior defender and he's not a good one (he's a great weakside/help defender, but not a good on-ball post defender). Perkins, however, excelled at that. I don't get why y'all undervalued him, but I'm not your idiot GM who also traded James Harden.
The Spurs are a tier below GS and OKC right now. However, with Green and Mills starting to round into form once Duncan returns they should leapfrog OKC again. They need to find their defense from earlier in the season and Manu needs to return and look like early season Manu to have any shot of upsetting GS.

We would on OKC, terrible take. We only lost the opening game to them because we were a complete mess and Waiters went god mode along with us choking a lead we held the entire game. OKC isnt beating us in a 7 game series without HC
This postseason will tell all. Portland ran a gimmicky system and most of the time the personnel around him was mediocre. This year he'll have by far the most talent he's ever had and a coach that'll put him in position to succeed.
