Correct, we dont play them again till March
OKC can't find their center, their peace, their contentment. They're still searching high & low for it years into a never ending search. They exist in lurches, lurches of extreme happiness, and lurches of monumental upheaval. There is no rest. They're chasing it with the realization they're being chased.
It's madness.
Correct, we dont play them again till March
Once again, the thunder no offense besides chucking down the stretch.
If he makes himself a legitimate threat from outside pulling Abaka from the rim for Tony/Manu/Kawhi while playing the level of D he currently is, he did his job well. I've already somewhat resigned myself to a loss in the WCF unless Kawhi takes another step forward and MVParker returns.
Thunder are the raw version of the Warriors,,,,outside shooting with minimal inside play. They started that and the warriors expanded on it. When Durant and Westbrook took control,,,,golden state looked at that and said they want to expand on it and it has caught the league by surprise,,,,
Just wait till the matchup in March before you concede
Not after Kawhi turned KD into his![]()
Are we gonna act like Curry wasn't in video game mode against the Spurs & played like Patty Mills against OKC until crunch time![]()
Kawhi/Porker aren't the key against OKC it's Danny/LMA/Boris.
-Danny has to guard Curry & make his open shots
-LMA has to playing like an all-star against Draymond
-Boris is going to be playing a lot of minutes so he has to deliver on BOTH ends
-Kawhi has to guard Klay/Curry & will be defended by Iggy so he can't average more than 20ppg
-Porker/Patty are unplayable against the Worriers unless Barnes/Rush/Barbosa are on the floor (of course Patty has to knockdown his 3s & Porker has to make Klay work)
PATFO need to trade for MCW or even Evan Turner b/c Simmons/Kyle can't be trusted to guard Livingston/Iggy in the playoffs.
Durant scored 40 pts and Westbrook scored 30, they still lost. Westbrook for the majority of the game had things under control, he was attacking the basket and was feeding his big men, Durant was being his usual self, scoring at will. Towards the end though we saw the difference between the two teams, both Durant and Russell felt the need to carry the team to victory by forcing up plays, while the warriors offense looked more natural.. No one is beating the warriors this year, they are simply the best team in the nba
KD/Westbrook have combined for 70 before & have lost plenty of times in the playoffs, nothing new here.![]()
kinda crazy because these two guys are really great players and they will most likely not win a ring together
Folks talk about the Clippers wing players but OKC has the worst wing rotation amongst contenders & Ibaka is a worse post up player than DeAndre.![]()
In 2014, they almost lost to a the same Grizzlies squad the Spurs swept in 2013 before Reggie Jackson bailed them out. (Ibaka was healthy in that series & Z-Bo got suspended for Gm 7)
Spurfan: "Why ruin a great thing by adding a beta choker in Durant and removing chemistry man Harrison Barnes"

lmao ya they were all saying the Dubs would be worse by losing Harrison and Festus
I love those guys but come on
How to go broke 101
Durant is going to replace Barnes in the starting lineup and if they could keep Iggy then it's gg for the rest of the NBA
