    Ok Mr. Pollard,

in what ing world do you live in where any 1 man can win basketball in the NBA on their own? Does Tim Duncan not have great teammates and a coach? Does Curry not? Didn't MJ and Magic have great teammates as well as bird?

I clearly see Kobe's flaws as a player but this idea that anyone can win 'alone' in the NBA is borderline extra chromosome material

    http://tikiandtierney.radio.cbssport...e-bryant-hate/

“I don’t think (Bryant) carries his team like Jordan carried his team and made everybody on his team better,” Pollard said. “Kobe didn’t have that effect on his teammates. Kobe needed Batman to his Superman. He needed another superhero to help him win. That’s the part about him that I don’t respect.”

Another bitter King. I still can't get over them attempting to stand there with us for 3 in' years. That's nervy. Didn't even have a pot to piss in, nary window to throw it out of before OR after they'd been shoved head first, into the earth. All they had was an idea:::canvass the officiating till the cows come home. Gonna be a big shot. Cow bellin' & openin' up offin' The Strip, ownin' like 1/2 of 1% of the damn thing.

And that fool, CWEBB,,,stubborn SOB, prancin' back up that lane, big as ya please.

You know what? No more big shot.

Well, he didn't mean 1 on 5. He meant he couldn't affect the team like the true greats could. He can't win like a top 10 player could.

What he means is that he was never far and away the biggest reason his team won. Shaq was the biggest reason they three-peated. The dominant frontline was the biggest reason they went back to back.

You can't say the same about Timmy, LeBron, Curry, Dirk, Wade ('06), etc. Pollard is absolutely right tbh.

Kobe is a great player but like Pollard said he wasn't the main reason why the Lakers won. Kobe doesn't have the ability like Duncan or Lebron to be able to take a team to at least an elite level without playing with a bunch of all-stars.

Pollard knows the league screwed the Kings in 02. Kobe and Shaq should admit their theft. They ain't; so, Pollard's just callin' es out, tbh.

Yep because he's an isolation player. All the tough circus shots he's made (and missed) over the years are what make him a once in a generation individual player but also prevent him from being a once in a generation basketball player like Timmy/Bron. He's never made his teammates better the way real Top 10 players do.
