Spurs are fool's gold
Kawhi absence doesn't necessitate the Spurs getting embarrassed.
the Spurs, won't get past 2nd round.
Watch them struggle against the Lakers
GSW already lifting the LOB
Definetley could've used Leonard tonight and a healthy Manu. Spurs looked like out they're. Porker trying too hard, and Aldridge was nowhere to be found. That dude needs to step his up.

If only he was our leading scorer we would have won...
BTW...hate the new ESPN boxscores. Probably will switch it up to either FoxSports or NBA.com
LMA and Tony were, indeed, AWOL. The team just looked rusty, disengaged and out of sync except for that spurt that brought them within 4.
I missed most of this game. have to gauge your opinion on TD. I am starting to get concerned.
He gave us pretty much the same Anderson did... LMA 3-12, TD 1-6 and Danny 2-9 was a bigger problem, tbh...
Don't be fooled by those baskets Kyle made in the end, he pissed away three possessions when we could have cut the lead to under 6 and then played horrific defense at the other end that led to wide open corner threes by the Clips. They can have their growing pains...but not on a 45-9 team.
agreed, really sucks
3 - 12 shooting... nice percentages.... what a bum!
Team leader right there.![]()
Did LMA get back on Twitter?
Tomorrow will be another anger bang against a bad team.
Why will they struggle with the Fakers? Already beaten them twice.
& benching Boban and running the offense through Tyle Ander when we were within striking distance.
They, indeed, may be in our heads. But they also compete harder against us, they are a terrible matchup for us, and their PnR is a perfect nightmare for our personnel.
Have to laugh a little.
Gutless worms bump.
I want to stay far, far away from their playoff bracket.
No... the team with West and Marjanovic narrowed the lead, but never played after that! Spurs played Aldridge instead who couldn't shoot and couldn't defend.
That is re edLaBeta taking the reins.
LMAO
Some people in this fanbase are so pathetic and willing to jump ship at the first damn sign of adversity. The team was listless, unmotivated and Timmy/Tony/LaMarcus played like .
Oh well, burn the tape and move on to the Lakers tomorrow night. Hopefully, Pop plays Kyle Anderson less and Rasual Butler a lot more.
I mean if the excuse was rust in the Miami game, I don't know how having another week off was going to improve that. Whole team looked rusty today, so I'd say that it's a factor. If he still looks out of sorts next week, it's a bigger issue.
Nah, Simmons was toxic waste tonight. Pretty much any time he touched the ball, some awful would happen. He couldn't guard anybody. I actually think the stats were WAY too kind to him. He should have had a couple more TOs, like the one where he missed the Parker pass that hit him in the hands. Worst Spur by far tonight. In fact, Pop pretty much lost the game when he kept putting Simmons in early. Anderson was the much better player. He was the only guy who gave Paul trouble when guarding him. I wished he had hit some more of his inside looks, but the dude was the best Spur tonight.
Honestly, more Anderson and West and less Simmons and Diaw would have been huge. There was definitely a rust and effort issue tonight, but that rotation change would have helped a ton.
Tbh, I don't think we can seriously contend until we get a different backcourt - which I do not see happening until 2017. So-called Spurs loyalty is a real double-edged sword, and Pop's unconditional commitment to Tony is something that Spurs fans just have to take for granted. It ain't gonna change even if it costs us the next few years.
Obviously, but they would have been able to overcome everything else. Dude was Beli-bad defensively with and Game-Six Manu--bad offensively.
The ENTIRE starting lineup was TRASH. Fathead played better than gy Green but the best players were West/Boban.
