Not a terrible coach but his GM decisions have been laaughable. He needs to delegte responsibilities and start focusing on only coaching again.

Bud is not a good coach... The team is unprepared on almost a nightly basis... His brand of ball makes teams soft because he cares nothing about rebounding and he wants everyone to just shoot 3's. No tough inside play at all. His brand promotes soft play.

He takes three 3's a game this year and he grabs less than 7 boards now. He is a worse rebounder than Brook Lopez now.

Some teams have ambitions and some do not. I don't get really excited until I feel the ambitions to try and win a le are there. That is why I couldn't stay excited for the 60 win season last year. Nothing was done to build on the team during the off season. It's going to be a bumpy ride when you have a 34 year old Korver and Kent Bazemore as starters.
