    https://consortiumnews.com/2016/02/2...llary-clinton/

Hillary Clinton’s cozy ties to Washington’s powerful neocons have paid off with the endorsement of Robert Kagan, one of the most influential neocons.

a co-founder of the infamous Project for the New American Century, has endorsed Clinton raises questions for Democrats who have so far given the former New York senator and Secretary of State mostly a pass on her pro-interventionist policies.

The fact is that Clinton has generally marched in lock step with the neocons as they have implemented an aggressive “regime change” strategy against governments and political movements that don’t toe Washington’s line or that deviate from Israel’s goals in the Middle East. So she has backed coups, such as in Honduras (2009) and Ukraine (2014); invasions, such as Iraq (2003) and Libya (2011); and subversions such as Syria (from 2011 to the present) – all with various degrees of disastrous results.

Kagan, whose Project for the New American Century wrote the blueprint for George W. Bush’s disastrous Iraq War, is now abandoning the Republican Party in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Trump is the GOP’s Frankenstein monster. Now he’s strong enough to destroy the party.

Is Trump any less of an interventionalist?

I haven't seen anything to suggest that at all.

The only thing surprising about this is that Sanders' campaign is not talking about it. It has been the crux of the liberal argument against Shillary and why most of us hate her. To me, it is political malpractice that Bernie doesn't pound this message home in every stump speech and every debate.

    Then pay attention.

Just last night Trump railed on multiple interventions "We'd be better off is Saddam and Qaddafi were still around".

No surprise neocon Kagan would endorse neocon Hillary, keeping MIC corporate welfare flowing full blast.

    btw, Kagan's neo wife,
Victoria Nuland, is the who overthrew Putin's puppet in Ukraine and started that entire mess.

    2002:

“Are you for invading Iraq?” Stern asked.
“Yeah, I guess so,” Trump responded. “I wish the first time it was done correctly.”

lol interview on Howard Stern by a civilian asked an off the cuff question vs a presidential candidate (sic) during a debate. You asked if there was evidence Trump was not a neocon. If you watched the debate LAST NIGHT you would see there is current, solid, evidence of that. Also, if you noticed his subtle critique (sic) of GW's invasion of Iraq toward a past-candidate you might have heard of (initials are JB) you might also see that there is some evidence Trump does NOT share Hillary's apparent neoconistic tendencies. But keep spinning, Chumpy, some people still buy your schtick.

    pretty much

    what an idiot

not to mention Trump is the least interventionalist of them all. He wants to get out of the middle east, let them fend for each other and work with the Russians to fight terrorism

he also says Iraq was one of the worst disasters in our history. He is the only candidate that has the balls to say it.

    Trump it is
