What Trump says makes him responsible for attracting racists, xenophobes, nativists, Muslim-haters, white supremacists, KKK.
Trump says he loves people of all races. He employs many of them, according to him.

Trump, consummate con man, has and will say ANYTHING, but what really excites his conned supporters:

What Trump says makes him responsible for attracting racists, xenophobes, nativists, Muslim-haters, white supremacists, KKK.

I think Rubio could be on to something with the Trump University line of attack. That concerns me.

David Duke: Voting against Trump is 'treason to your heritage'
The white nationalist and former KKK grand wizard encouraged his listeners to volunteer for Trump.

David Duke, a white nationalist and former Klu Klux Klan grand wizard, told his audience Wednesday that voting for anyone besides Donald Trump “is really treason to your heritage.”

“Voting for these people, voting against Donald Trump at this point, is really treason to your heritage,” Duke said on the David Duke Radio Program. BuzzFeed News first reported the comments.

We can't be held responsible for what David Duke says or what Hitler (if he were alive) might have said about Trump.
    We?

    Rubio unloading on Trump still.

Says he he had a meltdown back stage. Asked for lip makeup or some and was waiving arms arguing with one of his people.

With his real estate and business ventures, he can provide jobs for his children, in-laws, relatives and friends. He can use the tax code to his benefit and expense his plane, cars, meals, depreciate his property, etc. His current net worth takes into account the money he has spent living over the past 34 years.

With the passive S&P funds, you have to sell some in order to live - the end amount (which is greatly helped by the power of compounding) does not take into account his living/spending expenses for the past 34 years. There are also dividends which are taxed. And when a fund decides to re-allocate, they sell (and capital gains kicks in - at ordinary income rates if short term) - we have no control over that. There are less loopholes, etc. to take advantage of. There is also the angle of Trump's ego/brand - boring S&P index fund vs luxury hotels and golf courses.

If I had to choose, I'd take the real estate. It's tangible, dependent on my work/effort/control, not at the whim of/manipulated by Wall Street, can be leveraged to borrow more, can provide jobs for my kids, and is relatively inflation-proof. The big advantage for the S&P funds is that it is liquid. Just my humble opinion.
Not quite. Stock investments yield dividends. There is no requirement to sell anything. Index funds don't re-allocate actively, they simply track markets, which produces far less churn.

Even factoring in living expenses into the "mutual fund" scenario, it would not affect the ultimate outcome in a material way.

Real estate per se doesn't generate jobs, after the initial construction. Companies that fill the real estate do.

Still not overly impressed with Mr. Trumps business performance. It is nothing really to brag about, and the fact that he forced creditors to pay for his very costly mistakes is certainly a point against him.

Dividends are taxed. Are you saying that companies don't move in and out of the S&P 500? When companies are moved out of the S&P500, those stocks are sold. Do you think Trump lived on air all those 34 years? I think he has SIGNIFICANT expenses at the level that he lives at - he flies around in a private jet. Part of the comparison between the real estate vs index funds includes the ability of his real estate company to provide jobs for his kids, in-laws, etc. Their livelihoods are a direct result of Trump's real estate company - not so with index funds.

If Trump gets the nomination, looks like a Trump/Christie ticket - he just opened Trump's news conference. Says he's gonna been with Trump till November.

Another pushy, fighting guy - thought Trump said vp (I'm assuming) shouldn't be another of him - but maybe that's what the base wants, people to fight for them. And since Rubio looks to be the major compe ion and Christie damaged him earlier - good pickup by Trump.

If Christie might be Trump's running mate, it might cause Kaisch to drop out of the race if he was holding out for VP.

Trump pretty much confirmed Christie as his guy.

There was a reason why Christie couldn't even get 5 percent in the voting.

I mean that Kaisch dropping out early is not good for Trump - he needs a divided field.
