Spurs missed opportunity to pad that point differential against the ty Lakers last 2 games + Suns..Couldn't play a lick of D in all 3 games..
the 2000s Spurs would give up 110 a lot if Bruce Bowen ever missed any games, tbh.

Don't need Worst Gasol to contend. He's very redundant with Randolph and is kind of a black hole. Conley is the key. And their offense isn't bad either, as evidenced tonight

They might be a darkhorse in the playoffs with the improved shooting and still excellent defense.
Their defense is far from excellent, bro..they are below average..

6th best in the NBA. Spurs still #1 by a country mile, though.

Warriors #21 still, that offense though

This games doesn't mean anything. The Lakers are so bad that they're making the Grizzlies look like Golden State.

LoL, PPG doesn't mean anything without the possessions (aka DRtg):

    -Spurs: 95.7 (#1)
    -Worriers: 100.0 (#4)
    -Grizz: 103.3 (#15)

    http://espn.go.com/nba/hollinger/tea...ff/order/false

If we went by raw PPG then the Kings would have the 3rd best offense.

Grizz need Marc for his rim protection, but it's undeniably him who slows the offense down. You don't need to pay a max contract for a rim protector in today's league, especially one who gums up the works on the other end. That contract is going to turn into an albatross.

Pop is will to sign-&-trade Boban (along w/ Diaw partially guaranteed contract) for Marc when Tim retires next season.

I don't do "advanced" analytics. Kings may very well have the 3rd best offense, but their defense is atrocious. Recipe for a middling team
