That shot was amazing he's one of the only few players who has the sheer grit to take that shot with confidence and know its going in. The hate will come of course...but at least the appreciation will continue.

I admire Duncan's and the Spurs' in general stoicism, but that doesn't mean I don't understand that not everyone will be like that. When you do like the stuff Steph does, I completely understand if you want to show off. It's really not that big of a deal. Just because Duncan is incredibly humble doesn't mean that I'm going to hate on anyone else for not being the same way.

While I've made it clear that I disapprove of the double-standard in the media towards Curry and the Warriors, I don't know why anybody would dislike him, other than the typical "hating the best" mentality, which is fine..

I kind of understood why people disliked Lebron, despite being a good guy off the court by all accounts, since he's egotistical, etc..

With Curry, it doesn't really make much sense..he'll never have an off-court incident, he's fun to watch, he looks like a little kids, he's religious(if you're into that type of thing), etc..

These are the same sports fans that idolize Michael Jordan, one of the worst human beings to ever play pro sports

It's just not my bag. I've been a Spurs fan since Robinson and that's because I admired the humility he always had and instilled on the franchise ever since. I'm proud the Spurs wear that proudly; that they're over themselves. Arrogance is a quality I've always despised in any shape or form. So naturally, I don't like the Dubs.
