Thanks, bro..you've given the Spurs a chance to beat them now![]()
amazing
Elian Gonzalez
I called it back in 2013 tbqh......
Jordan will be a long lost memory after this kid repeats
if we can make it compe ive for him in the WCF, then we did our job.
Thanks, bro..you've given the Spurs a chance to beat them now![]()
Omg...that means the spurs are ringing...wow so happy
Curry's previous years before this one and last were good, but not spectacular. He's definitely got a ways to go to be considered GOAT. However, this is probably the best individual season in the history of the NBA. Just crazy.
I was thinking - I think Curry takes a lot of "bad shots" but he's so good he can make them. I think that this is probably how people thought when the 3PT shot was introduced. Not used to seeing it, so it looked bad and people just didn't like it. Curry is changing the game with his range/abilities.
Shooting 60%+ from 30+ feet? Looks terrible, but he's just changing the game.
This, MJ three peated twice so how does a repeat trump what he did? Just NO.
No. Curry will have to win finals MVP in convincing fashion and league MVP like 6 times to usurp Michael. It's not going to happen.
Every time there's a new king of the hill, some dip slope says he's going to be the GOAT.
the bulls 3peated twice
I don't care about threepeats and repeats and all that jazz...especially when the NBA cheats in the first place.
1. Bird
2. MJ
3. Curry
Ok thanks for your thoughts fellas. Will ponder on it
He won't three peat twice, but a 4peat with 3 fmvps would certainly put him in the conversation.
Agreed. Going to see more guys taking shots like this in the next ten years
Then 20 years from now the next generation will revisit Curry's career and say "they didn't even guard Curry at the 4 point line, he was taking wide open shots.
antiquated 2010s defenses"
Hater did it, Hater did it....
Looking forward to bump this in late May..
I called it when he nutted on MVPorker in 2013 before he sprained his ankle.![]()
I think casual fans are more impressed with the dunks and body-contorting finishes at the basket that Jordan did. From a basketball perspective, I'd probably prefer to have the best 3-point shooter ever with mad handles and court vision. It gets you more points. Jordan might be a better one-on-one player simply because he's taller and more athletic, but it's a team game after all.
In terms of the rings, he's gonna need a few more to make a clear case over Jordan.
Lets wait until the success backs up the point. That's MJ's biggest talking point. Not saying it won't happen, but the premature ejaculation is unreal.
Y'all are a bunch of babies, Nick Van Exel (the original Lillard) used to pull up from 30 (even shot his FTs from 17 ft) back in the 90s when he was with the Lakers & actually ted on the same Gary Payton (at the peak of his prime unlike when Porker cooked him) who claimed the NBA is "soft". (Baron Davis also used to pull up from 30 ala WestBrick & y'all musta forgot that Gilbert Arenas aka the original Curry actually used to knock them down, same with T-Mac/Vince.....now it's JR Smith/Durant)

Holy Kurt Rambis on the Lakers bench in 1995![]()
Not only 3 peated twice, but
DPOY
All defense multiple times
NBA MVP like 6 times
Those are things Curry wont even sniff when is career is over. But damn Curry is amazing right now
Was just in the new NBA store in NYC and it's ridiculous the amount of Elian merchandise they have there now...
If he's officially the new face of the NBA, I expect a lot of help coming his way...
Except Arenas/Van Exel did it in the postseason when Curry was struggling to dominate Delly.![]()
but would that still beat the subtle Hater curse in this thread?![]()
subtle?![]()
