Pop also had De Colo over Mills, Blair over Splitter, and Errors over Baynes in the rotation at times.
I've given him credit for having good games against bad teams like Brooklyn, but he's still not better than Rasual IMO.
Obviously, but does that sound to you like a guy who would get cut? No.

Juwan Howard was basically a carcass when he was riding the pine on the Heat b/c he was Riley's guy.![]()
Bonner is going to remain on the ship for the sake of "corporate knowledge".![]()
At this point with Manu looking like ready to go soon, i don't want to see Butler cut for K Martin..Bonner is, predictably, here to stay..I mean why are we bringing an older, quasi-Belinelli to puncture our defense for a few empty buckets?
He stepped up when the team needed him to, that is really all you need to credit him for. He helped in wins while we had Timmy Manu and Kawhi injured. That is a tall task.. but I don't expect you to, so whatever.
Been saying almost the exact same thing myself... even b4 Manu seemed this ready to roll.
I doubt K.Mart is a factor waived or not. Maybe the Spurs already having backed out of their interest is a factor in K.Mart hardening his stance on salary. Speculation, but really with Manu rounding into form, we are ready to roll.
Dear Manu ... just take care of the ball ... its now more important than ever.
Great news. And Manu is rested and will be back with a fire for the rest of the season.
Spurs learned a lot with Manu and Duncan out. That they need a bonafide ball handler other than Manu at this point. I think KA will eventually be that guy, but he isn't quite there yet. That Butler and KA can both play PF effectively, both got quite some time over the past month in those roles.
Manu injury was a blessing in disguise IMO. This was the outcome I was hoping and thankfully it's looking really good at this point.
Will he play with a groin protector?
If you read the posts above it says he was fitted and is wearing a cup right now.
don't you mean for him to take care of the balls?
Good that he will wear a cup as long as the cup does not flop lol
Was playing baseball back in the day and the catcher was wearing a cup. A fastball glanced off the bad, and caught him square on the nut area. The cup split in the middle and flexed back and popped back into position. Pulling out a ball (or part of a ball with it).
Manu Ginobili and the Goblet of Semen
... I had missed that gem
Great to know he's feeling better than expected,he'll have more time to get his rhythm back before the playoffs
Wherever Patty threw his towel at after cleaning it up off the court
The last thing we need it Manu rushed back. Take it easy and let the young guys drop the bombs.
available to the media..probably will say he'll be able to play soon..maybe next home game vs the Kings on Sat..

We are entering a new phase of clickbait when it can be done on a single twitter feed without even a link. She's truly an innovator
