If by "win" in the sense of an actual, properly scored debate, Kasich won.
If by "win" you mean who did what they needed to do to get people to vote for you so you can eventually win the presidency, Trump won.

I don't know how many votes he lost, but we might be seeing peak Trump. To be able to convince anyone else to support him, he would have to actually have something resembling policies. As it is, his base of low-to-no information voters will back him to the death because they are now living completely vicariously through their orange messiah.
