Just finished. I will try to not spoiler...
Wtf was that. Most boring season so far, everything they did went wrong and still happened what i expected in the end... The same thing with Doug, no surprises...
Frank turned into an irrational beast with no self awareness whatsoever.
Claire doing what she did in the end is supposed to make us thrilled for the next season?

This is the "we you" part of the series. Just forward to the final episode and be done with it. Once Spacey stopped needing to attack and only to defend he became a pussy. The show was pointless after he gained the Whitehouse.
This season sucked badly.
finished it today. i think as a whole season 4 was better than 3... hit the fan pretty good, but the ending was lacking. no closure at all.
nothing's going to compare to the first 2 seasons because that was his ascent to power, when he was on the offensive... but this was an improvement to season 3, though at least season 3 ended on a compelling cliffhanger. this was the worst ending of the series so far.
This, tbh.
first two seasons of this show were absolutely top tier. really lost steam imo... but will still check out season 5
I stopped watching the show during season 3, when not-Vladimir-Putin told Frank to remove his wife from her position or else. That was some soap opera .

Agreed. Watching him scheme, fight and claw his way to the top was what made the first 2 season great. I think this upcoming season should have a similar feel to it, as he will once again have to resort to similar to beat Captain America in the upcoming election.
Looks like Claire will bait him into ing her. lol
